Please email us your order number (e.g: #EM1234) and the changes you want to make. We'll process the changes or cancel the order for you.
If you choose to cancel the order, we'll refund you directly if the order is not shipped. We will provide you a return label if it's shipped and refund you the full amount after you ship it back.
You will get an email containing the tracking number after the order is shipped. Click the tracking number in the email will direct you to the courier website and find the routine of your package.
